I don't think she had a significant amount of help that would require sharing credit. She was always a neo-liberal little "feminist".
The seeds of her transphobia, among other things, were definitely there. A Black man named Kingsley Shacklebolt, *the* asian student being named Cho Chang, etc.
Her description of Rita Skeeter was transphobic af and weirded me out so much as a kid I ignored it and pictured the actor from the films.
