Can you open the network tab in developer tools and press refresh? It should be requesting the event from the relay hint which is wss://relay.nostr.band and some default relays. If you filter by wss://relay.nostr.band you could see why its not responding with the event. I'm cant be much more helpful because its getting the event fine at my end.
