You’re right! Extension can’t be installed on Firefox and although it installs on Kiwi browser the authorization for events doesn’t work.
So, what I did next was since kiwi browser allowed installing more extensions, I installed nos2x and that worked perfectly well. After installing the extension go to browser settings > extension > click details on nos2x> extension options > paste hex private key > save. Then use any web client like snort.social or astral.ninja and it should let you authorize events and login.
