Ummm… my first attempt at making seitan using wheat protein isolate resulted in a very tasty runny cream similar to pasta sauce despite following the proportions. I was thinking about making vegan döner kebap with it but this is absolutely impossible to shape.
Any suggestions about what to do with it? I was thinking about using it instead of mince for a plant-based lahmacun. Pasta of course isn’t completely out of the equation.
