Nobody asked, but as someone with gluten intolerance and with other bowel issues, this is what I have been eating for a couple of years now:

Fruits:
- Orange
- Strawberry
- Kiwi
- Apple
- Banana
- Pineapple

Dairy:
- Greek yogurt
- Cheese
- Milk

Animals
- Beef(sometimes grass fed, but usually grain fed)
- Salmon
- Chicken
- Bacon
- Ground beef with beef liver and beef heart(80% beef and the remaining 20% beef and heart)
- Lamb

Carbs:
- White rice
- Potatoes
- Honey

Oils for cooking:
- Butter
- Tallow
- Ghee

Of course, as a normal person, I allow myself to eat other stuff such as ice cream, chocolates and whatnot, but I try to keep the intake of such things under control.

The same for alcohol, I only drink booze once or twice a month with friends or with my lady. I never drink alcohol alone.

I believe this diet provides pretty much everything I need to thrive. As you can see, it’s not keto nor fully carnivore, I’d say it’s closer to a paleolithic diet.

Should you do it? I am not a health expert, but it might be nice to give it a try.
