now, this is more the kind of news we need right now. here, i do both. i put fish fingers into a cold oven for 12 minutes longer as it crisps them better. roast lammmm this evening will go into a preheated oven at 230C for 30 mins before 140C for hours!
it is the model i learned with an Aga (ugh! never again!) but it makes for the most amazingly tender roast lammmm!!!
