Standardized testing is so fiat. Received our 6 year old child’s standardized testing scores today, and my wife got a bit emotional cuz she was “behind” on some of the metrics they tested. See my wife is a goddess trapped in human form, she never “tested” well growing up. During her childhood people around her, well meaning, tried to find out what’s “wrong” with her. Nothing was wrong with her, nothing is wrong with her. In fact, she’s most loving and intelligent human being I’ve ever met. Her intuition, care, presence, and loving nature is goddess status. But u can’t “measure” that, it doesn’t “test” well. Therefore she grew up thinking she simply wasn’t smart.

Therefore our daughter’s test results struck a deep wound. One that should not be there in the first place if it wasn’t for this fiat phenomenon of standardization. Imagine the hubris of man, trying to standardize the infinite potential of human beings, of god’s creation!

The fiat mindset’s worst quality, is that it believes human nature can be tamed. Arrogant fools.

Fuck standardized tests. My child’s gonna walk tall and kick ass in this life, and it won’t be because of anything she learns in school.
