The Hollywood labor action isn't over yet. Video game performers represented by SAG-AFTRA are now on strike after two years of negotiation due to an impasse over protections from generative AI. The whole membership (160,000 people) will refuse to work on video games by major developers such as Activision, Disney and Electronic Arts in support of 2,500 voice and mocap actors.
