Small typo on p15: 'quanifier'. One thing I don't fully understand is what the mathematical realist means when they assert p or not p for p = the continuum hypothesis. Do they mean that it is *actually* one or the other, even if we don't yet know which (because we're not sure which foundations are correct) or something weaker like, whatever your foundations, one or the other will hold?
