Paul Newman did so many movies; I imagine whoever has the rights to those movies also owns the rights to the dialogue...and since he's dead, he's not likely to sue. (like how South Park kept Chef around after Isaac Hayes bailed - they did it badly, on purpose, just to prove the point)
There's probaby a list somewhere if I could be arsed to look.
