I had an absolutely lovely #run this afternoon! I’m not sure if it was the perfect weather or the relatively low mileage week but the whole thing just felt effortless.

I ended up leaving at about 4pm and did 18km/11 miles of my favourite local countryside route and finished just as the sun was setting. 😁
