take the $100b we wasted on ukraine, and instead build a massive network of stainless steel pipes and pumps and automatic sprinklers in the LA hills, tied in to satellite based infrared fire detection that activates when a fire is detected to contain it
in addition, deadfall should obviously be cleared out from dry areas
that would permanently solve the problem and LA would never have to burn down again
of cousre this was deliberate so it's a moot point- i'm just saying we have the technology
