A lady at work just put in her two weeks notice saying we are inflexible for not allowing her to work from home and from her constant fights with another lady she works with. Good riddance.

I don’t work with many women, but the ones I do work with are always creating drama and fighting among themselves.

The more I work with females, the more I dislike it. Bringing them into male dominated fields has been such a disaster.
