There are now rumours that RedNote will be creating separate servers for foreign users. This has nothing, however, to do with fear of propaganda or exposure to Western "culture", which is already globally understood and recognised. It's about asserting an ever tighter control over its citizenry through collecting data and generating algorithms - sectioning them off in easy to manage fields where they grow fat off the grass. This "techno-nationalism" has been spoken about.
