I've been having some sciatica pain the last couple of days. Fortunately for me, topical capsaicin helps a lot for me. I guess it doesn't work for everyone. I use a capsaicin roll-on because I really do not want to get the stuff on my fingers and risk touching near my eyes or other sensitive areas.
I had not been faithful enough with one of my physical therapy exercises, which I'm sure contributed to the sciatica flaring a bit.
