I don't know that it is in fact a large number, but definitely there are some. I expect that.

IMHO it may not be anti-Christian per se, but it is anti-Catholic. I don't see a lot of posts being reported, but when I do it is almost always a post or article link to something which is taught universally by the Church. I won't censure anyone for that.

Those labeling us with all the hate adjectives they can think of seem to lean far left and have an activist streak -- that is, to shut down voices contrary to their worldview.
