I struggle to connect with digital books. Maybe it’s just my monkey brain resisting change, or maybe it’s the low barrier to entry of ebooks that makes them feel less significant. Printing a physical book feels like a kind of proof of work—a higher barrier to entry that might signal greater value. But maybe it’s all in my head, and I’m just slow to adapt.
