I too have been frustrated by the fediverse's lack of marketing. If no one else will step up, I will volunteer to be the marketing point person. I am not a tech, but I do know marketing. I will need buy in from app makers & leading voices around here. My goal: to put myself out there as contact, answer simple questions, and put journalists in contact with the right expert here for interviews.
