Advice for longterm health: train to be strong if you want to live longer and better.

My surgeon told me my fitness level meant I’d be back to normal activities in 4-6 weeks instead of 3-6 months. (I was back to lifting weights at 4 weeks to the day). The doctor who examined me before sending me home said *the biggest predictor for all positive post-surgical outcomes is simply lean muscle mass*.
