A man has been arrested after an 87-year-old was attacked and dragged into a car before being driven away and dumped 15 miles away, police said.
The 87-year-old was walking home from Oldham Central Mosque when he was dragged into a black car at about 21:00 BST on Sunday, Greater Manchester Police said.
He was then driven away before being pushed out of the vehicle in Rishworth, West Yorkshire.
A 39-year-old man remains in custody after being arrested on suspicion of kidnapping....................................................
