i need to fix my public relays to obey nip70, but
fiatjaf (npub180c…h6w6) patched it as a hardcoded to OFF. I need it to be a strfry.conf option.. because I run auth as a separate proxy so completely turning off nip70 in strfry hardcoded like that isn't what I need... i hope to be submitting a PR for this at some point, shouldn't be too hard.
