The arm tie is pretty much straight off Ropunawa’s Tenshi videos from Shibari Study [though I should note for historical accuracy, the Tenshi harness was originally developed by Tifereth in Toronto and it is quite ingenious in its simplicity and versatility].
The bodysuit is from Parade and is current so it’s prob still available.
