It would not be an exaggeration to say that the last week has been really and truly awful. There were the usual frustrations at work, money worries, stupid problems, but last Saturday I also got a really awful text message from my best friend's phone (NOT authored by my best friend) and I haven't been able to talk to her about it because she seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth since then and I have no idea what to do.

If I didn't have so many responsibilities I'd be day drinking.
