it's fine to have people you look up to, whose works inspire you. but don't idolize them. don't put them on a pedestal and build them up to be this larger than life presence in your head. or you're just setting yourself up for inevitable heartbreak

nobody's perfect. not me, not you, and certainly not any favorite celebrity you might have. but power corrupts, and the more famous people get the more shitty they can get away with acting so
