Working at the typical Boomies house today, re roofing a large Bali hut by their pool. Perfectly flat 1000m2 block of land 220m level stroll from a beautiful quiet beach. Just north of Sydney. The guy probs in his mid 70’s seems like a good guy but I think he’s only ever known a fiat matrix world and despite kinda “having it all” doesn’t seem particularly happy in life.
