i'm sure nostr will get some form of mastodon instance politics as it grows, but i expect it to be less mean because neither relays nor clients 'own' your identity
- you post your notes to multiple relays (some may keep it around)
- if you don't like the client's filtering, you can switch to another client and keep the same npub
hopefully relay and client software will stay open source so that there's always enough choice and the possibility to fork
