I did the same initially but came to the conclution that if we all do this then Twitter/X will continue be the dominant social platform. Now I live by the saying "if Tarzan cannot come to the jungle then the jungle must come to Tarzan" 😉. My new jungle is Mastodon and I use robots to get news from the old jungle until all its sane habitants have moved to other places or its owner has fully torched the place.
