That feeling of exhaustion that comes from spending an entire day trying to resolve an issue, only to come to the end of the day having not resolved the issue but introduced new issues, none of which can be fixed until some parts are obtained a week later.

The days thereafter it takes to recover from that malaise, not to mention catch up on everything not attended to because spent all day trying and failing to resolve a single issue.
