Got a new memory foam mattress, corners weren't expanding fully despite me leaving it for 2 days undisturbed. Did a search and the common advice was hit it with heat, turning up your thermostat, and hitting those corners with a heat gun or a hair dryer.

Didn't want to stand there holding a heat gun, so I pointed a space heater at one of the corners and left it, came back a few hours later and it had already expanded most of the rest of the way. Now I'm doing the other corner. The heat advice works!
