deleted my old blog on Wordpress.com today to avoid any future great AI scrapings that might come along, unfortunately even when you try to nuke your site, Wordpress insists on keeping it online for 30 more days, which is probably enough time to piss off Google for having "duplicate" content between my existing URL and on the old WP blog
