Anyone else live with a family who just made up words or have words with alternative meanings?
My offerings:
Rummage - meaning rubbish/nonsense/poor quality, e.g. ‘This is a load of rummage!’
Doming - meaning to gaze into the distance, usually somewhere in nature.
Bloopish - the feeling of having eaten something that doesn’t sit comfortably in the stomach.
Bob - sleeping while seated, ‘I caught you bobbing off just then.’
