This is pretty much exactly the setup I use to run my node. It takes a couple of weeks to sync up. For that reason I recommend running both Bitcoin core and then get Bitcoin knots going as well, just as a backup in case something goes wrong.

Kinda nice that in a recent umbrel update they made it so you can swap app dependencies, so if all of your Bitcoin apps are running off Bitcoin core, you can switch them to Knots, or vise versa.

I use a 1TB drive though. Storage hasn't been an issue since I prune the node down to 1GB, but it could be an issue if you're running more stuff.
