ok so garlic sauce made of silken tofu is very good and the oyster mushrooms treated by pressing down in the pan turned out quite awesome. so now it's all marinating with the tofu and a spice mix to be grilled in the oven.
while it's going to be very yummy it is way too much work imho.. but maybe I shouldn't have also started to bake the bread myself..
