"content": "Droughts do happen here. Dams and Lake Biwa were low in Kansai last year. Kanto was low 2 or 3 years ago. Looks like everything is more or less full again thanks to the wet spring. But a mild rainy season and no typhoons can cause problems (last year's problems for us).",
