Thanks for posting this. Chapter 8 reeks of fear of the inevitable. Decentralized Finance is taking over. An extremely poor explanation that risk assets are risky and a flat out lie that Bitcoin has no advantages over central bank money. If you are holding Bitcoin, its a good sign that the Whitehouse is addressing Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Its here to stay.
