Well... the main difference is that one is primal and the other is notprimal.

A part from that I believe NotBiebs (npub1vp8…npsw) started off by merging open pull requests that were on the primal-web repo and ended up adding even more code to make a version of primal-web that is more feature "complete".

Looks like a lot of the pull requests are still open on the primal repo https://github.com/PrimalHQ/primal-web-app/pulls
