I don't wanna write a fediverse enhancification proposal document or anything but I wonder if we could add a flag on activities marking them as not-screenreader-friendly and also optionally providing alt-text for the activity that is screenreader-friendly for clients using a screenreader to be able to get past a good "in this house" or bunny with sign or emojo cowboy post in the feeds more pleasantly without just excluding them.
