I was in my late 40’s, moved many times and had to idea where my childhood records were. My Dr. suggested taking a blood sample and doing an antibody titer test to determine immunity. Measles was fine, Rubella was fine (like many people, had a booster early in first pregnancy since Rubella causes birth defects). But no immunity to Mumps. Had to get vaxed again. This is apparently common.
