This is supposedly one of the most mysterious incidents out there. So I'm like... that's a hot air balloon. The roar while landing is to control descent, the flames and roar on take off are to launch, and not required once up there because it's a damn balloon
I said this to some UFO ppl and they said there's no way a cop could not know what a hot air balloon was. So I checked when modern hot air balloons were first flown: 1960 lol
