choccy (nprofile…07em) Yeah I wasn't really *thrilled* by the experiment and I would rather protect it in some way, but the fact is US laws don't make sense. People may start getting arrested for "realistic" AI generated children not based on real models, but Facebook/youtube/AWS is full of sexualized images of children and the FBI shrugs their shoulders. When "cp" first became illegal through a court decision the FBI moved to act quickly and arrested people for bathtub pictures of their children and Congress wanted to make lolicon illegal, but the courts quickly saw the issue with that. If the FBI treated this content illegal then the prisons would filled up with 10 year olds over posting silly tiktok videos and parents who just want to show off their newborn on facebook innocently.
There is just no unambiguous definition that can include all "bad things" and the difference between the Disney Channel and Candydolls is the latter case made it very obvious who their target audience is.
