What do you do to maintain the pressure differential? You don't want to lose water to space in a closed system, but getting rid of heat is notoriously difficult in hard vacuum, so a condenser seems unlikely to be a successful solution. Most terrestrial steam systems just vent to atmosphere to maintain the differential, and therefore "consume" water, or else vent to a condenser and recycle the water.
