16 years ago today, the first Bitcoin block was mined by Satoshi Nakamoto, forever changing the course of humanity.
Embedded in that Genesis Block was this message:
“The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.”
It was a signal to the world - a statement about broken systems and a call for something better.
Bitcoin was born as a response to financial instability, offering humanity an alternative:
decentralization, sovereignty, and fairness.

I can’t believe how far we’ve already come.
