When a cup is filled with dirty water, you can pour clean water to rinse it out the bad will start to spill out and eventually only clean water will remain.
So is life the same way, as you pour out bad habits. The toxicity will be even more visible as it leaves you, most will only see what comes out but not what remains inside.
