Finding someone I know in person on here accidentally is quite a surprise, but I don't follow them. Seeing someone else I know in person and I have their phone number following me on #Bluesky under a different name is surreal. They don't know it's me.
I do believe that Bluesky is or will be a will alternative to #Twitter including standard media is starting to show Bluesky posts as part of their coverage of social media accounts.
