Did this for a customer today. Dell OptiPlex 9020 MT with Libreboot preinstalled & Debian Linux. i7-4790k, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD, Noctua NH-L9x65 cooler + fans. AMD Radeon RX 580. Decent 600W PSU.
