It ruined allot of places that decriminalized it early just by way of attracting a wave of dude weed people and of coarse niggers. Its so hard to tell what type of effect something is having in america because of nigger culture and the downward trajectory the entire country is in general but from what I've seen weed seems to have a negative effect on society. If legalized it should not be given to people under 21 it definitely fucks up young peoples minds
