Just been in the sea, it was if anything slightly warmer than the pool. Tom didn’t want to come with me, so I bobbed about on my own. I do find that with the amount of body fat I have it’s hard to actually swim in the sea, I’m just too buoyant. So bobbing about is all I really do!
