I spent years developing enterprise CRM/CXM platforms. One of the major features was multichannel outbound-inbound communication (sms, in-app chat, email, etc)

Outbound primarily used for nudging, notifications, and discussion prompts where one advisor/representative managed roster of hundreds or thousands.

Content was always published and narrowly targeted to specific users.

Two-way messaging was used for asynchronous and synchronous messaging in a coaching context.

Automation used data for scheduled and real-time triggers to push content and messaging.

It was effective but also complicated. Expensive too.

My goal now is to simplify it and build the Concentrical platform using Nostr.
