I totally get the argument that Americans have unreasonably large cars. For most of my 20s I loathed people that drove around a mostly empty F150.

But... a few years ago we got an F150 as a loaner while our car was in the shop. This was after the dealership gave us small car after small car and we couldn't fit our 2 car seats + my 6’4” body in any of them.
