I don't have a sauna. So I get to go to one only when we go to swimming pool. I use some scrubbity scrub regularly when showering, and though that would do the trick. I mean my skin feels ok, feet need most scrubbin.

Today was a swimming day.

I thought I got rid of most before swimming, but dear lord the after.... It was like white worms all over me legs. 🤢

Anyways, good trip, almost empty pool and took a cold plunge 🩵
